Samantha Lewis MNCPS.ACC
Hi, I'm Sam,
I have been a qualified counsellor since 1997, I have also worked in the Charity sector for much of this time. During my career I have had the privilege of helping numerous individuals and families with their life challenges and mental health and I have witnessed the transformative power of therapy in helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive.
My journey as a counsellor began with me seeking my own counselling, due to adverse childhood experiences, this experience of counselling transformed me as a person and by extension my whole life.

I am dedicated to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their inner worlds, discover their strengths, and overcome their challenges. I provide a holistic and personalised counselling experience, that addresses the complexity of human experience. By using an integrative therapeutic approach, I am able to tailor my counselling techniques to meet each client's unique needs and preferences.
